NO1 /Pharmacochemical researcher

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for literature review, experimental design, and graph analysis of innovative drug molecules;
  2. Proficiently complete chemical reactions, comprehensively analyze the results, and prepare a sufficient number of samples on time as required by the supervisor;
  3. Write experimental records, reports, and other related documents as required;
  4. Report the progress of the project to the supervisor in a timely manner;
  5. Complete other tasks arranged by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry with 3-5 years of working experience, or master's degree with 1-2 years of working experience;
  2. Experience in new drug research and development in pharmaceutical R&D companies, with overseas pharmaceutical company experience preferred;
  3. Rich experience in organic synthesis route design and synthesis, strong NMR, MS, HPLC graph analysis capabilities, and the ability to solve multi-step synthesis problems;
  4. Proficient in literature检索 methods and able to read English literature;
  5. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.


NO2 /CADD Researcher

Job Description:

  1. Conduct bioinformatics analysis of biological targets;
  2. Create homology models of biological targets, build QSAR models, implement scaffold hopping, molecular docking, create pharmacophore models, perform molecular dynamics simulations, and calculate free energy;
  3. Carry out virtual screening to discover new hits;
  4. Be familiar with target-based drug design and ligand-based drug design, and work with the drug development team to develop compound optimization strategies;
  5. Keep abreast of the latest developments in computer-aided drug design and introduce new technologies and methods in a timely manner.


Job Requirements:

  1. Master's degree or above in computational chemistry, medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, or related fields;
  2. 2 or more years of experience in computer-aided drug design in the field of new drug research and development;
  3. Familiar with the basic knowledge of medicinal chemistry, good at analyzing the relationship between compound structure and activity, and druggability;
  4. Can proficiently dock biological targets and small molecule drugs, reasonably interpret docking results, and provide guiding suggestions for further structural optimization and design of drugs;
  5. Proficient in reading English literature;
  6. Possess a team spirit and communicate and cooperate well with all departments.
